Currently you can start a live chat session with us during office hours 9am - 5pm or whenever the green “I’m Online” button is active.
We have a video tutorials section and wiki which we are expanding continuously. At present it holds videos mainly for our Online Business Builder system.
You can also post a support ticket from this page.
We will soon be adding twitter support and live service updates for our services and servers.
You can still call us, email us or use our contact form, but we hope these new tools will provide the best starting point when you need technical support.
